Bursa Teleferik operates with 140 standard cabs with an 8-person capacity. 1 cab arrives in every 20 seconds and the cabs enter the stations on a lift line operating constantly in a Detachable Gondola system and they slow down as they approach the evacuation area and thus the passengers can get off and get on easily.

You don’t need to wait on line in Bursa Teleferik system. Even if one person comes, she/he can get on the cab without waiting on line or for the cab to fill up on the constantly operating line.
No more than 8 people can get on the cabs absolutely.
There is a sitting obligation for the passengers to travel comfortably within the cabs and there are 2 seats made of imitation leather for 4 persons.
Solar panels positioned on the cabs collect energy all day long and turn on the lights around the cabin when it gets dark and create a pleasant and illuminated view.
THE CABS ARE TRANSPARENT FROM THE FLOOR TILL THE CEILING!
Bursa Teleferik cabs go through many safety tests in CE standards and are coated with a “6mm-polycarbonate” material used in the canopies (a clear structure covering the cockpit) of F2 aircrafts. This material is also used in acrobatics and combat aircrafts since it insulates noise and meteorological effects and improves visibility.
This clear structure surrounding the cabin provides a panoramic watching opportunity and ensures high protection against UV/sunrays.
A SERENE JOURNEY BY THE CENTRAL SYSTEM!
There is no motor in the cabins. All cabins operate completely silent without making noise since they are connected to a central electrical system. Safe air circulation is achieved through 4 small windows situated on the upper section of the cabin.
AERODYNAMIC DESIGN PREVENTING VIBRATION!
Aerodynamic structure of the cabins is designed to be affected by the wind minimally. Moreover, there is no carsickness experienced during the journey since the Lift operates at constant velocity and there is no acceleration.
THE DOORS ARE MONITORED BY AN AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM!
The cabin doors are closed and locked by a hydraulic system after the passengers get on. Right after that the door position is tested by sensors before the cabin leaves the station.
The automatic control system stops in case any door is not closed properly and fixes the error and prevents a possible danger before the cab leaves the station.
